Lincoln is the unofficial mascot of McCarthy Motorcycle Law — and maybe the most reliable member of the team. He’s loyal, low-maintenance, and always ready to lift your spirits (especially if you have snacks).
While he doesn’t hold a law license (California State Bar rules and all), he’s got a strong nose for justice, an ear for drama, and a tail that wags in full support of every injured rider we help.
He’s credited with writing most of the content on this site, but he’s not admitting anything without counsel present.

Born to chase tennis balls and sniff out shady insurance tactics, Lincoln spends his days keeping morale high at our Central Coast office. He’s a big fan of bikers — especially the ones who stop by with stories, snacks, or scuffed-up gear.
He’s not allowed on moving motorcycles (house rules), but he’s always up for a photo next to your ride.
When he’s not power-napping through depositions or sneaking into Zoom calls, you’ll find him:
Patrolling the yard
Hiking the local trails
Keeping the team grounded in what really matters
He reminds us that even on the worst days, loyalty, compassion, and showing up for people still count for something.
